The Soothing Cleansing Oil is a soap-free cleanser that deeply cleanses the skin and removes daily dirt and makeup without stripping the skin of its natural oils. By cleansing your skin gently, you keep its natural barrier (protective layer) intact. This gives skin issues like oily skin, acne, dryness, redness, and wrinkles less chance to develop. The Cleansing Oil is also suitable for oily skin and waterproof makeup.

Yes, your skin's daily needs vary considerably. These can depend on the season, your monthly cycle, your diet, temperature changes, stress, and more. With the Hydrating Essence (hydration) and Nourishing Beauty Oil (nourishment), you can tailor your skin care precisely to your skin's needs at that moment. This way, you can listen to your skin even better!

Creams on the market contain both water and oil and require emulsifiers and preservatives to keep it shelf-stable. These substances do NOTHING for your skin… and can even be harmful to your health.

 
Usage

Evening

Unwind with a luxurious and soothing ritual.

  1. Cleanse your face with the Soothing Cleansing Oil using 6–8 pumps, and gently wipe off with the clean, warm, luxury cloth.
  2. Hydrate your skin with the Hydrating Essence by spraying 5–6 pumps onto your face or into your hands.
  3. Nourish with the Nourishing Beauty Oil by mixing 1–2 drops with the Hydrating Essence.

Cleansing in the evening only is sufficient.

Morning

  1. Splash your face with cold water. Good morning!
  2. Hydrate your skin with the Hydrating Essence by spraying 5–6 pumps onto your face or into your hands.
  3. Nourish with the Nourishing Beauty Oil by mixing 1–2 drops with the Hydrating Essence.

In the morning, just a splash of water is more than enough. During the night, our skin is not heavily exposed to dirt from the outside, and overly clean skin isn't good for our skin flora.
Ingredients
Soothing Cleansing Oil

Grapeseed Oil

An anti-inflammatory oil that can be used effectively as a makeup remover. Rich in vitamins, minerals, and bioflavonoids (powerful antioxidants) that help prevent the loss of collagen and elastin.

Avocado Oil

Unrefined oil with a high percentage of fatty acids and antioxidants, especially suitable for aging skin. The plant sterols in the oil help reduce the pigmentation spots and repair sun damage. Also, helps relieve itching caused by psoriasis and/or eczema.

Moringa Oil

A natural, effective cleanser for both skin and hair, derived from the "Miracle Tree." The oil is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids that help with dry and rough skin and is rich in antioxidants.

Castor Oil

Also called a miracle oil, has both cleansing and nourishing properties and supports the skin's self-healing capacity. It is used to draw dirt and impurities out of the skin and clear the pores of bacteria.

Vitamin E

A powerful antioxidant and one of the most important vitamins for beautiful skin. Also serves as a natural preservative in the cleansing oil.

Hydrating Essence

Aloe Vera Juice

Aloe vera is known for its soothing and hydrating effects on the skin.

Rosewater

A delightfully fragrant floral distillate from freshly picked rose petals, with astringent, toning, cell-regenerating, and soothing properties for the skin.

Orange Blossom Water (Neroli)

One of the most fragrant hydrosols (distilled from the flowers of the bitter orange tree) provides light hydration, purification, and skin nourishment.

Glycerin

A humectant- a water-attracting substance. Helps keep the skin hydrated by attracting and retaining moisture. Softens the skin and assists in removing dead skin cells.

Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate

A natural broad-spectrum preservative made from fermented radish root.

Nourishing Beauty Oil

Camellia Oil

This precious oil is pressed from the seeds of the camellia shrub (or tea plant). Camellia oil is said to be one of the most cherished secrets of geishas, who use it daily in their beauty rituals.It is packed with antioxidants that protect the skin against harmful environmental influences. It absorbs easily, leaving the skin soft and supple without clogging pores. Naturally occurring squalane helps prevent wrinkles and combat dryness. Its restorative and rejuvenating properties are making camellia oil increasingly popular in the West.

Jojoba Oil

Technically not an oil, but a liquid wax. Unique among plant-based oils, jojoba most closely resembles our skin’s natural oils, making it suitable for all skin types.. It has an exceptional ability to retain moisture in the skin (moisture loss is one of the main causes of skin aging).

Prickly Pear Oil

One of the most precious oils in the world, sourced from plantations in Morocco. Producing one liter of prickly pear oil requires pressing around 1000 kg of seeds by hand. Prickly pear contains extremely high levels of essential fatty acids and more vitamin E (a super-antioxidant) than argan oil, making it excellent for protecting the skin against free radicals and slowing down skin aging. It is also rich in vitamin K, which is essential for skin elasticity. Other properties include stimulating new cell production, reducing redness, and calming inflammation.

Squalane

Also called the "non-surgical facelift in a bottle." It softens the skin and also works as a penetration enhancer in the nourishing beauty oil, helping other active ingredients absorb into the skin.

Pomegranate Seed Oil

An elegant oil rich in the rare omega-5 fatty acid and loaded with antioxidants. It softens and rejuvenates the skin by promoting healthy new cell growth and stimulating collagen production. Protects the skin from environmental damage and is especially suitable for dry and mature skin.

For quite some time, I'd been looking for a good natural skincare routine that didn't involve a 10-step plan every night. The Loïs Lee concept immediately appealed to me, although the price initially held me back. When I finally ordered the Try Out kit and used it for just a few days, I immediately noticed my skin was calmer and felt incredibly soft. The evening ritual is such a wonderful time! When I read all the positive reviews on the site, I wondered: "Is it really that good, or would the negative reviews be omitted?" Now that I've been using the products for four weeks, and actually already after just a few days, I can say: It's all true! The wonderful scents, the relaxing moment with the warm cloth, that hydrating essence spray is so wonderful, and the nourishing oil that leaves your skin feeling protected but not greasy. And the results? My skin has always been troublesome. If I even put anything on it, I immediately got pimples, so I was worried about that now too. But it's a miracle; my skin is smoother and softer than ever. I'm truly thrilled!
