Take photos on Day 0, Day 30, and Day 60. Use natural daylight in the same spot, at the same angle and distance each time. Do not wear heavy makeup (foundation or BB cream) and do not use filters.

Follow the ritual exactly as instructed for 60 consecutive days. Do not use any additional skincare during this period.

UNHAPPY? REQUEST A REFUND
If you’re not satisfied after completing 2 months of consistent use, you may submit a claim within 30 days. Approved claims are refunded within two weeks.
Why 60 Days?
Most skin problems do not happen overnight. And they do not improve overnight either. If your skin has been over-cleansed, over-exfoliated, or overloaded with products for years, it needs time to reset.
Sixty days gives your skin enough time to calm down, rebuild, and find its natural balance again.
When you switch to a simpler routine, your skin may go through a short adjustment phase. You might notice a little more dryness or a few breakouts at first. This can feel frustrating, but it is often a normal part of the reset process.
Healthy skin takes time and consistency.

Who is eligible for the 60-Day Guarantee?
The guarantee applies to first-time purchases of The Basics full-size system only and must be purchased directly through the official Loïs Lee website. It does not apply to individual products, the Try Out Kit, or purchases made through third-party retailers.
We refund a maximum of one full system per customer.
What do I need to qualify?
To be eligible, you must:
• Use all three products in The Basics
• Follow the ritual exactly as instructed
• Use the products daily for 60 consecutive days
• Avoid adding other skincare during this period
This is a reset. Mixing products will void eligibility.
What photos are required?
You must provide three unedited photos:
• Day 0 (delivery date)

Photos must be taken in natural daylight, in the same location each time, using the same angle and distance.

When do I need to submit my claim?
Claims must be submitted within 30 days after completing the 60-day period. Submissions outside this timeframe will not be approved.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Approved claims are processed within two weeks and refunded to your original payment method. Once the refund is issued, it usually takes about 10 business days to process depending on your bank.

How do you use The Basics?
In the evening, cleanse with the Soothing Cleansing Oil and gently remove with a warm, damp cloth. Follow with 5–6 sprays of Hydrating Essence and 1–2 drops of Nourishing Beauty Oil, adjusting the ratio based on how your skin feels.
In the morning, rinse with water only, then apply Hydrating Essence and Nourishing Beauty Oil again. Cleanse once daily, hydrate and nourish twice daily.
What kind of ingredients does Loïs Lee use?
We use high-quality plant oils, botanical waters, aloe vera, and skin-supportive ingredients that help hydrate and protect your skin barrier. We avoid unnecessary fillers, harsh surfactants, harsh preservatives, and the emulsifiers typically found in creams. Every ingredient is chosen to either cleanse gently, hydrate properly, or nourish with essential lipids.
How long does the full size of The Basics Last?
Unopened, the products have a shelf life of up to one year. Once opened, we recommend using them within six months for optimal freshness and effectiveness. The Hydrating Essence is slightly more delicate and should also be used within six months after opening.
Why do you only cleanse once a day?
When you cleanse thoroughly at night with the Soothing Cleansing Oil, you remove sunscreen, makeup, and daily buildup without disrupting your natural oils.
By morning, your skin has not been exposed to those stressors, only to its own sebum. During the night, your skin prepares itself for the day, and we do not want to remove that protective layer.
For many people, rinsing with water helps preserve the skin barrier and prevents unnecessary stripping.
I have oily skin. What’s the right ratio?
With oily skin, balance is key. Start with 5–6 sprays of Hydrating Essence and 1 drop of Nourishing Beauty Oil, then adjust based on how your skin feels. If your skin feels tight or dehydrated, add more hydration before adding more oil.
Using oil on oily skin may sound counterintuitive, but high-quality plant oils help support the skin barrier and can signal the skin to regulate its own sebum production. Healthy skin looks balanced and radiant, not greasy.
Proper cleansing is just as important. Use the Soothing Cleansing Oil every evening to remove buildup thoroughly, and give extra attention to the T-zone if needed. Always use a clean cleansing cloth.
I have dry or dehydrated skin. What are the correct proportions?
Start with 5–6 sprays of Hydrating Essence and 1–2 drops of Nourishing Beauty Oil, then adjust based on how your skin feels.
If your skin feels flaky, rough, or lacking oil, increase the Beauty Oil to 2–3 drops to supply more lipids.
If your skin feels tight, dull, or shows fine lines from water loss, layer additional sprays of Hydrating Essence before applying the oil.
Hydration and nourishment are different, and adjusting each separately helps restore true balance.
